The menu also features delicious tapas to be enjoyed alongside innovative cocktails, as well as sweet treats created by pastry chefs Yazid Ichemrahen and Alexandre Favre. Le Bar Long features a long, narrow, bright high table at its centre. Philippe Starck broke away from the classic layout and face-to-face dynamic between customers and bartenders working behind a counter.
